Seminar Date Changes
HOW CREATIVE sells seminar tickets/registrations and does not guarantee seminar dates. All seminar dates are subject to change due to various reasons including but not limited to logistical factors.

Refunds
Due to administrative costs, salaries, coordination activities, location reservation, meals, materials printed, materials acquisitions, hotel contracts, and all other business expenses incurred for a public seminar all seminar tickets/registration fees are non-refundable 30 days after purchase, and 90 days or less prior to the seminar. All cancellation requests must be submitted to seminar@howcreative.com and are subject to a 15% transaction fee.

Failure to Attend
Failure to attend a registered seminar will result in the forfeiture of any and all payments collected toward the seminar ticket(s).
